1 Simple Trick to Get Pregnant Faster

After the first month of trying, I was sure that this would be the month. My gyno said afterall that I am healthy and will get pregnant immediately.

But when it didn’t happen that first month, I was a bit sad and talked to my sister, who cheered me up. She told me about her friend, Emma, who after 3 months of unsuccesful trying went to the doctor, who told her to wait 9 more months before she came back.

As my husband told me, “It is a process and takes time.”

Then when Emma went to the doctor 9 months after still being unsuccessful at becoming pregnant, the doctor did further tests. Luckily for Emma it wasn’t something permanent – one of her tubes where blocked and she was only ovulating every second month.

I thought, “Wow, what a pity. If she would have made one change to her morning, she would have realized she only ovulates every second month, much sooner.”

What’s the #1 change you can make to your morning to see if and when you are ovulating?

Take your BBT – Basal Body Temperature (your temperature upon arising each morning, before getting up or moving, taken with a digital basal thermometer).

I’ve been tracking my temperature these last 6 months and I now know when my ovulation day is. From using a smart phone app and entering my temps each day of each cycle, I can see exactly what my fertility looks like. you can get more info through Az fertility clinics, it may be very helpful for you.

And it’s quite fun. Plus you’ve got data to show your doctor. I can’t help to think where poor Emma would have been if she had tracked her BBT and then showed it to the doctor at her 3 month appointment. Maybe they would have picked up the problem earlier and she would have held her beautiful baby 9 months earlier?

Who knows. Luckily she’s now a happy mommy.

But for you, you can still get pregnant quicker if you track your BBT on a smartphone app each morning. Just (gently and not too deep) stick the thermometer in your baby maker (I’ve found this gives the best results), wait for the beep, wash your hands and thermometer (don’t get it too wet) and then add the number to your smartphone fertility app.

When you’ve being tracking for a few cycles, you will see a sharp rise in your temps between days 12-18 (or sooner or later). This spike indicates ovulation occurred.
